During this Secondary Phase of collections, every remedy available from advanced skip tracing to asset searches and litigation at TekCollect’s expense, will be exercised. SCRD works on a straight contingent basis, and provides the most extensive follow-through in the industry to collect from the most unresponsive debtors.
